THE SECRET TO THAT GLOWING SKIN YOU ALWAYS DREAMT ABOUT...
Soft to the
touch, visibly shiny, yet firm and well formed. Oh yes, it is every woman’s
dream to have skin that is radiant, don’t you agree?
It therefore
comes as no surprise that everyone is searching tooth and nail, for the best
products and recipes which would render skin radiant, and of course, healthy.
The goal of
this article is to promote routines we could easily follow right at home, whether
it is for premature ageing or acne
It is
fundamental that you choose the right products, if you cannot do without them.
This
calls for knowing your skin type, for example whether it is oily or dry. If you
are not too sure why not ask a dermatologist who is in the right position to figure
it out and even do recommendations for you?
As much as
you pamper your face, remember that the neck virtually never lies as far as
your true age is concerned, so shower love on your neck as well with much
deserved massages using appropriate oils, such as rose oil, for at least
fifteen minutes, at least twice a week.
Do you
exfoliate your skin? If you haven’t until now, please do. This means getting
rid of dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. It does work, by among
other things, stimulating blood flow to your skin and battling skin problems. It
would be preferable that you exfoliate your skin just before bedtime so your
skin is not exposed to sun rays for at least twelve hours. Lemon solutions and tomato pastes are great options! Of course your own recipes are valid if they work.
Did I mention
drinking water? Oh yes, it is as simple as that! This is the best way to keep
your skin hydrated, and glowing. Remember too, to keep a watchful eye
on what you eat, with at least a serving of fruits and vegetables each day.
It wouldn't
be fair of me to end this article without boasting about the benefits of
regular exercise, especially facial ones ( do research to find out which one is
suited to you), and catching enough sleep each night (at least 7 hours of beauty sleep)
Keep in mind that you shouldn’t pop your
pimples, no matter how strong the urge might seem. It only worsens the acne attack!!
There you go…beauty queens ;* ;*
